You have up to 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange, and up to 3 days to request a full return.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please take a clear photo/video of the item along with your order details and send it to our support email immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal expectations that were not mentioned on our product description page, or items damaged due to personal misuse.
